Report from David Saku:
HI GREG
may GOD bless all those who donated the money for speakers , power mixer, amplifier and the projector also not to forget you Greg for having ears for the ministry needs and our prayer requests in Africa,
you cannot imagine how hundreds of people are coming to Christ just for the simple strategy like this. someone told me that if you want to reach Africa find something they can watch and hear, because Africans we do not read much but can be reached with some thing they can watch and hear , Read more... I have a terminal disease. That’s what I was thinking when I was cooking dinner.
But it’s really good news! You see I’m terminally love-sick! I love my wife, so much! & it’s from love of Jesus that I found her. & by loving her, I am loving Him…& learning to see His beauty in everyone.
I really want to bless you. What better can I do, but share my heart, which can reveal the heart of God? Read more... (2036 words, estimated 8:09 mins reading time)

- Those who have helped me the most have one way or another helped me get useful information, which has resulted in so many blessings.
- Sometimes they are just encouragement which reminds me of all the heavenly truth I know.
…for the good of those that love God and are called according to His purpose.” Rom 8:28.
The good news links are above my signature info at the bottom.
Rom 8:28 is nearly always in my mind. Even when I feel depressed, because I’ve had no reason to leave my nearly solitary home (my secretary has her own life, not around me, though she lives here) I still know that creation is working for my good and the good of God’s kingdom in and through my life. The first is a great video clip about an African American teenager who was adopted by Christian white family in Georgia. (Click here)
The second shows the fallacy & planned results of the global-warming treaties ending with this statement: Since then, 4,000 scientists and 72 Nobel Prize winners have signed on. (Stating the falsity of it) Again, it needs be said: Global warming is cyclical, and has been stagnant for a decade. There is no conclusive proof it is manmade, no conclusive proof it is harmful to the planet. (Click here to read it all) Read more... (1462 words, estimated 5:51 mins reading time)
From Haggai in Bukavu, DRCongo:
I bolded remarks, I’ll comment on after.
Hi brother Greg,
You seem to be very busy these days.
The Lord has given me the opportunity to share about House Church work
with a fellow traditional pastor, who lives at around 1.5 miles away
from my place. and he appreciated the idea, so we’re planning to start
a church in his house on Dec.17. The whole congregation will go there
to set up the church. The new friend is called Joel Munene.
So, I’m thinking of buying some food that we’ll share that day. Pray
for me to get enough means and for this step. I’ll have some photos
taken and send you the scanned ones.
Much Love,
Haggai K. Read more... (1719 words, estimated 6:53 mins reading time)
Notes:
1. Provi’s headaches have stopped! (When she was sent to the hospital with a bad case of Malaria) but still needs to come back to normal strength. We can give thanks for this today!
2. I’m looking for a compact import car in good major mechanical condition for under $1,500.
Encouraging words:
I am surprised at the places and people who give encouraging wisdom. Because of my unhappy circumstance of living and working mostly alone I often watch a down-loaded movie while I eat supper alone, because I can’t read much or type while I eat. Besides, it’s good to relax after a hard days work. But I look for wisdom in the most unlikely places, like Lord of the Rings”, “Fellowship of the Ring”. Read more... I woke up thinking about this on Sunday morning, in my USA home:
1. Why is it that in the land, where we can afford to make phone calls, that I get more calls from Africa from one friend (David, my Tanzania partner) than I get from all my friends combined in the USA? (I do have many good friends that return my calls, after I call them!)
2. Why is it that when I visit a church and see people I know and I share that I have little fellowship in this country that none of them ever call me to invite me back or stay in touch with me, even though they are very interested and supportive of the things I share with them?
